One of the most beautiful 911s was created at the end of the 1960s with the 2.2 S. These vehicles still combined the original character of the very early 911 models with the improved, but still aggressive 2.2 L engine. In contrast to the later 2.4 L models, these 2.2 L engines like high speeds in order to develop their power dynamically and powerfully.

In the 1970 model year, only 729 were built and only 788 in 1971.

The vehicle is “Matching No.”. The engine number is 6301199 and the gearbox number 710 6153.

The vehicle was produced for the USA. From 2015 this vehicle was completely rebuilt and restored on the body shell for a customer. The engine, transmission, chassis and the entire drive unit were also completely overhauled.

The interior and the original RECARO seats were also professionally repaired, chrome and attachments were renewed. The total cost of the restoration was over € 200,000.

At the customer’s request, the vehicle was painted in the Porsche color “Signal Orange”. The delivery color was “silver”.
The mileage since the restoration is 931 kilometers.
