The successful 964 ST series is now finally available as an open roadster variant! The sixth-generation 964 ST from PS Automobile is an exclusive backdate conversion inspired by the design of the 1970/1971 911 ST, built on a Porsche 964 platform. With more than 50 units delivered worldwide, the 964 ST is a strong testament to our commitment to lasting quality and craftsmanship. Each vehicle is built entirely to individual customer specifications and reconstructed from the ground up. Beyond a first-class refinement inside and out, the 964 ST offers a wide range of unique details and in-house developments. Among them: an impressive power increase to 375 hp, a performance-optimized suspension setup, 10-inch Fuchs-style wheels, and our own TÜV-approved exhaust system. The fully electric roof of our open roadster / cabrio variant is a custom design, ensuring elegant and flowing lines. Despite modern comforts such as ABS, power steering, and air conditioning, we achieve a weight reduction to just 1,250 kilograms. In our ST manufactory, we combine the legendary design and spirit of the 1970s with the technological progress and everyday usability of modern automotive engineering.

The meticulous restoration and use of original engines, combined with state-of-the-art technology, emphasize the authenticity and value of our ST recreations. Upgrading to a larger 3.8-liter engine with an output of over 330 hp not only delivers breathtaking performance but also ensures the reliability and durability today’s sports car enthusiasts expect. As a result, the ST recreation becomes a unique fusion of classic charm and contemporary performance.
Our modern exhaust system, entirely made of stainless steel and with two 100-cell catalytic converters instead of the original 60-cells, is a prime example of our technological innovations and proprietary developments. It ensures compliance with environmental standards as well as the unmistakable Porsche sound that enthusiasts cherish.
Since the original 964 models were already equipped with a hydraulic clutch, power steering, and an ABS braking system, everyday usability is always ensured in our ST models. To make our ST recreation even more user-friendly and up to date, we integrate modern conveniences. A contemporary climate control system provides comfort in any weather, while LED headlights enhance visibility and safety. A modern suspension setup improves vehicle dynamics and handling, contributing significantly to both performance and driving pleasure.
Thanks to a weight reduction of around 150 kilograms, combined with various suspension optimizations, our ST achieves a performance level comparable to modern cars. The increased power and reduced weight deliver impressive acceleration and agile handling, making our ST recreation a true dream for anyone who wants to combine classic style with modern performance.
In our metalworking department, we also manufacture high-quality interior applications ourselves, including switches made of solid stainless steel or aluminum. Each vehicle is not just a style icon but also a one-of-a-kind, as customers can incorporate their individual ideas into the vehicles. The PS team embraces these challenges with enthusiasm to realize our customers’ dream cars.
After many years of intensive development and more than 50 ST recreations delivered worldwide, nearly every aspect of our builds has been refined. Even the smallest details—such as ventilation motors, radiators, thermostats, and their control systems—are overhauled or replaced. Every screw and bolt is meticulously reworked, anodized, specially coated, and hardened. Even the wheel bolts are made from high-grade titanium steel to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
The attention to detail is also evident in the instruments, which are naturally overhauled and styled in a new, historical design. The numbers are green, and the hands are white, just like in the first Porsche 911 models. This not only preserves performance but also the authenticity and charm of these fascinating vehicles at the highest level. A work of art is only complete when nothing more can be added, removed, or changed. Thanks to modern manufacturing technology, further innovations lie ahead.
